Nikhil Bhatia, who was in critical condition in the hospital after rescued by the police in the lake in Texas, succumbed to his injuries and died on Wednesday. He and his friend reportedly went swimming in the lake where they were struggling against high currents. According to media reports, Shalini Singh - Nikhil's friend is in critical condition.
