INDIA SEEMS TO BE NOTHING BUT A COUNTRY OF CRIMES AND RAPES: BOMBAY HC

While hearing pleas concerning the investigation into the murders of communist leader Govind Pansare and rationalist Narendra Dabholkar, the Bombay High Court on Thursday remarked that “India seems to be nothing but a country of crimes and rapes”. The court also said that executives travelling abroad are questioned about the safety of Indian “liberal thinking, secular individuals”, adding, “Today, nobody from the outside world wants to be part of our educational and cultural set-up.”
