The Aam Aadmi Party has reportedly failed to disclose donations worth Rs. 13 crore, due to which the Income Tax department has sent the party a Rs 30.67 crore tax notice. The AAP is expected to explain alleged discrepancies in donations by December 7. The notice further states that the AAP has been trying to hamper the process as they have failed to respond to 34 opportunities to represent their side.
