HUSBAND KILLS WOMAN WITH AXE AS SHE INSISTS ON VISITING HER PARENTS

Police reportedly said that a man axed his wife to death as she wanted to visit her parents home. The incident took place in Kherkheda village in Rajasthan's Jhalawar district. According to reports, 48-year-old Chain Singh had a scuffle with Guddi Kanwar Rajput on Wednesday and didn’t allow her to visit her parents’ home.

He later entered the house with an axe when the 45-year-old woman was sleeping in a room along with her two daughters. After attacking her fatally, the man fled away from the spot with the weapon. The body has been handed over to the woman’s family following the post-mortem.

Meanwhile, police have filed a case against him under various sections of Indian Penal Code. They have also reportedly launched a hunt to nab him.
