HEAVY RAINS KILL 11 IN THIS STATE

Southwest monsoon has been lashing Kerala for the past few days and is expected to last until June 12. As a result, a lot of trees and electrical poles are coming down. The weather has also led to traffic snarls in many parts of the state.
So far 11 people have lost their lives in accidents related to the heavy rains that lashed the God's Own Country. A lot of people have been evacuated and given accommodation in alternate places.
