HD KUMARASWAMY TAKES OATH AS KARNATAKA CM

Just a little while ago, HD Kumaraswamy took oath as the Chief Minister of Karnataka. The JD(S) chief has taken oath as the chief minister of Karnataka for the second time.
Previously, he had aligned with the BJP and now he has joined hands with the Congress.
Significantly, HDK is set to take a floor test on Friday.
Meanwhile, Congress' G Parameshwara has taken oath as the deputy chief minister of the state.
Political bigwigs to have attended the ceremony include but not limited to West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee, Congress president Rahul Gandhi and his mother Sonia Gandhi, BSP's Mayawati.
