The Supreme Court on Wednesday reportedly refused to stay the exercise of the NOTA or None of the above option for voters in the Rajya Sabha elections in Gujarat on Tuesday. While the Congress party had approached the apex court on the issue, the BJP asked the Election Commission for withdrawal of NOTA. The SC bench also sent a notice to EC seeking its response within two weeks.I
