GAURI LANKESH MURDER: ANOTHER ARREST MADE

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the murder of journalist-cum-activist Gauri Lankesh arrested a man from Sindhagi in north Karnataka's Bijapura named Parshuram Wagmare, 26, son of Ashok Wagmare, and sent him to 14-day police custody for further interrogation.

Gauri Lankesh, a fearless journalist was shot dead right outside her home in September last year. Earlier two people were arrested by the police for involvement in her murder while today's arrest takes the number of accused to three.
