Jayanth Singh, father of seven-year-old Anya Singh, who died at Gurugram's Fortis Hospital, even after the family meted out a whopping Rs 16 lakh for her treatment, has alleged that the hospital tried to destroy evidence. He also went on to name 18 persons as being responsible for his daughter's death and sought action against all of them.
