The High Court in Punjab and Haryana issued an order to public restraining them from bursting crackers not more than three hours. Reportedly, the order issued that public can burst crackers from 06:30 p.m. to 09:30 p.m. only. According to media reports, the high court has also directed authorities to sell just 20% fireworks comparing to last year's sale.
