A verbal dispute over who gets biryani first in a hotel reportedly turned violent when the hotel owner and his helpers allegedly thrashed a customer on Wednesday. Reports say that at a hotel near Press club in Lucknow, a group of unidentified men ordered biryani and were waiting for some time but when the waiter served the biryani to another group that came later, the dispute began. An FIR has been filed against the hotel manager for allegedly beating up the customer, TOI reports say.
