Family sells 8-month-old baby for Rs 200

A tribal family from Maharanipur area in northern Tripura reportedly sold their 8-month old baby for just Rs 200 due to poverty, say reports. Police were reportedly informed about the incident. The cops are conducting an inquiry with the parents. Notably, a mother sold her child on May 6 in the area, reports suggest.
