The Andhra Pradesh government allegedly proposed to give five marks extra to students of Class 9 and above if they participate in the Swachh Bharat initiative.Reportedly, the students help them to identify households without a toilet. Andhra Pradesh government has decided to build 21 lakh toilets, to achieve 100% open defecation free status by March 2019 and has been encouraging students to participate.
