Stray dogs in Navi Mumbai's Taloja Industrial area have been spotted wearing with an unusual bright blue colour. According to the report in Hindustan Times, the water from the Kasadi river in Taloja is turning the fur of the dogs blue due to its toxicity caused by the industrial units as they directly release effluents and dyes into river making it harmful.
