Uttar Pradesh Police has reportedly found demonetised notes worth nearly Rs 100 crore at a house in Kanpur. Police reportedly said they raided the house of Ashok Khatri, who has a money exchange business, upon receiving information about the presence of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 scrapped notes. While the Reserve Bank of India and the Income Tax department have been informed, police are questioning Ashok and others connected to him, say reports.
