As the BJP government celebrates one year of demonetisation as 'Anti-black money day', opposition parties including the Congress are calling the demonetisation anniversary, 'Black Day'. Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi took to Twitter and said that demonetisation is a tragedy. Rahul will participate in a candle-light vigil in Gujarat's Surat as part of "Black Day" protest on Wednesday evening.
