Following a complaint from girls of Lady Shri Ram college that miscreants hit them with semen-filled balloons, Delhi police arrested a 21-year-old youth a few days back. In the latest update, the police have said that they have sent the liquid to a forensic lab to confirm the contents, says a report in the Indian Express. The report further added that the Delhi Police have booked eight shopkeepers for violating norms by selling balloons of two inches or more when blown to full size.
