14-YR-OLD DIES IN ACCIDENT AFTER TAKING DAD'S BIKE OUT FOR RIDE WHILE PARENTS SLEPT

A 14-year-old boy died in an accident in east Delhi while taking out his father's bike out for a ride. The boy reportedly rammed into another vehicle after losing control of his bike.

The accident took place on Sunday morning. Divya Sharma took out his father's new Bajaj Discover motorcycle while his parents were still sleeping. Reportedly, the boys' parents were not even aware that he knew how to ride a motorcycle.

The accident took place 2km away from Sharma's house. The boy was also not wearing a helmet. Broken parts of another vehicle were found at the spot, using which the police are trying to identify the vehicle and driver.

It is suspected that the boy was speeding and could not control the bike. He rammed into a vehicle, which is believed to be a DTC bus.
