According to reports, seven cow vigilantes were allegedly attacked by a mob in Maharashtra's Ahmednagar district on Saturday. Police have detained around 20 people in connection with the case and have registered several cases, including an attempt to murder against the accused. Heavy police forces have also been deployed in the area.
