Congress suspends senior leader for criticising PM Modi

Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala, in his tweet on Thursday, said party’s senior leader Mani Shankar Aiyar has been suspended from primary membership of the party following the controversy after Aiyar called PM Modi a “neech aadmi.” Surjewala also conveyed that Aiyar was served with a showcause notice.
