Allegedly, students of Lady Shri Ram College, a women's college in South Delhi faced trouble from some men while celebrating Holi on their campus. According to one of the girls, she was allegedly hit with a balloon filled with a white liquid which they suspect to be semen. Allegedly, the contents of the balloon spilled on her leggings and stained white. After a meeting held by the women development cell of the college, it was found that at least three students faced the same issue. The police have been informed and hence, police patrol has been increased around the college.
