Children in Lucknow reportedly tied rakhi on trees and pledged to protect them and grow more trees. The children in Hindi wrote 'Plant trees, save the environment' on the rakhis, to encourage tree plantation. Notably, the festival of Rakshabandhan is celebrated across India on Monday.
