According to a report in the Times of India,  the Centre, taking cognizance of concerns voiced out by residents and Resident Welfare Associations, has ruled, saying that restaurants and pubs shouldn't operate in residential spaces as part of mixed areas. However, the Centre hasn't issued any clarification on how long they will be allowed to take for relocation.
