INX MEDIA CASE: CBI SPEICAL COURT GIVES ‘BREAKING VERDICT’ TO P CHIDAMBARAM!

The CBI special court has ordered the verdict to send Chidambaram to Tihar Jail and it is said that Chidambaram will be at Tihar Jail till Sep 19. Earlier, the Supreme Court ordered the judicial custody in INX Media Case after CBI's move.

At around 3:40 PM on September 5 (Thursday), Chidambaram was produced before Delhi Court and discussions were in full swing to decide Chidambaram's place of imprisonment.

The breaking decision by CBI court came after a series of turns including Supreme Court rejecting the bail plea of former Finance Minister which he challenged against the decision of Delhi High Court. The CBI arrested P Chidambaram on August 21 amidst a lot of drama at his residence.
