CASH CRUNCH: ATMS RUN OUT OF MONEY IN MANY STATES

According to reports, people in many states including Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Telangana have complained of currency shortage in ATMs. Many people took to Twitter to complain about ATMs being ‘empty’. Calling it a “temporary shortage”, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said the situation is “being tackled quickly.”
