The Union government on Friday announced that it cannot declare Tamil as the official language in the Madras High Court. Union Minister PP Choudhary informed the decision, responding to Tamil Nadu MP Sasikala Pushpa’s letter demanding to know the Centre’s decision on the State government’s resolution in 2006 regarding the issue.
