BACK TO BACK: MURDER AND SUICIDE IN THE SAME APARTMENT WITHIN HOURS

A B.Tech girl was brutally stabbed by a 15-year-old boy who later committed suicide by jumping down from the top floor. The incident happened in an apartment located in Noida 61st sector.

The 21-year-old woman was alone yesterday (October 18) evening as her parents had gone out. The 15-year-old boy who was also living in the same apartment sensed the situation and visited the woman's residence.

Once the boy enetered the house, he pulled out a knife and began stabbing her until she was bleeding profusely. Not being able to endure the pain, she started crying out for help which alarmed the boy. He locked the woman inside a room and locked himself in another room. Alerted by the woman's cry, the neighbourhood people rushed to her house only to find her bleeding on the floor.

She was taken to a nearby hospital while the boy who locked himself in another room went missing. Later, it was revealed that within hours, the boy had jumped from the 8th floor out of fear and committed suicide. His body was discovered in the nearby vicinity.

The woman is being treated in the hospital and police investigated her over the boy's intention to murder her. However, the woman did not provide any information and told she doesn't know anything. Further investigation of the case is underway.
