BONUS TO EMPLOYEES: AMID COVID-19 CRISIS THIS IT GIANT IS PAYING BONUSES AND GIVING PROMOTIONS!

IT giant Accenture has announced bonuses for a large part of its Indian staff. Adding to this, many have also been promoted in the company.

More than half of its 2,00,000 employees have received pay outs. Although the exact number of those who have been benefited was not mentioned by a spokesperson.

“As part of our ongoing compensation programmes, we have recently recognised a number of our people with bonuses and promotions,” the spokesperson said in a statement.

This decision of Accenture’s comes at a time when its competing organisations are terminating ot deferring bonuses and promotions, due to the global pandemic. These Include, Wipro and Infosys where promotions and increments have been suspended, Tech Mahindra where seniors have been taking significant pay cuts, and so on.
