UNBELIEVABLE VIRAL VIDEO: INDIAN BIKER DRIVES AT 300 KM/H ON HIGHWAY! WATCH WHAT HAPPENED NEXT

A Bengaluru based motorcycle rider was arrested by the Bengaluru Central Crime Branch (CCB) on Tuesday for speeding during lockdown. The incident came to light after a video of him hitting speeds of nearly 300 kmph on the Electronic city flyover went viral on social media. 

According to the Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Sandeep Patil, the rider has been traced and his bike, Yamaha 1000 cc has been seized by the police. The arrested person has been identified as 29- year- old Muniyappa. 

According to police statement, the viral video was uploaded via his Instagram handle, bluebeast46, on July 5. The video has received more than 9,000 views. The user has also posted similar videos in the past. 

The CCB police have registered a case and transferred it to the Bengaluru Traffic Police for further Investigation. A strict lockdown has been imposed in the city of Bengaluru since July 15 in view of the spike in number of COVID cases.
