COUPLE DEMANDS TO PERFORM SURGERY BY THEMSELVES ON SON AFTER WATCHING YOUTUBE VIDEO

In a shocking incident in Bengaluru, a young couple walked up to a hospital demanding to perform surgery on their son by themselves. The couple reportedly insisted that they had performed the surgery before and this time they wanted the presence of a nurse.

The couple had earlier watched a YouTube video about the surgery and decided that they could perform it on their son. The couple stated that they did not want the intervention of any doctors.

The doctor who oversaw the patient reportedly said, "They brought their son in and said that they didn’t want us to do anything but provide the set-up. They said they’d seen an instructional video and that they wanted to undertake the procedure themselves along with a nurse."

Though the procedure was not a life-threatening one, it was something that required attention. The persons involved and the procedure was not named so as to not bring shame to the couple.
