According to reports, the BCCI has urged Indian skipper Virat Kohli to resign managerial job at the ONGC, owing due to a conflict of interest issue. This comes after the Supreme Court appointed Committee of Administrators has made it clear to the board that no cricketer can hold positions at any government or public sector companies. Notably, players from Delhi have been offered an honorary position at ONGC for years now including the likes of Gautam Gambhir, Virender Sehwag and Ishant Sharma.
