AP: Mob attacks police station after minor allegedly molested

Tension prevailed in Old Guntur in Andhra Pradesh, after a 10-year-old girl was allegedly molested, on Tuesday evening, with a mob attacking the local police station with stones, resulting in clashes between protesters and the police.

Reports say the police had to lathi-charge to disperse the mob.
