DISABLED MAN ANSWERS CHARGING PHONE, DIES OF ELECTROCUTION

Changu Mastan Reddy, a 31-year-old disabled man in Andhra Pradesh was electrocuted to death on Tuesday after he answered his mobile phone, which had been kept on charge.

The body of Mastan, who used to live alone, was found by neighbours, who sensed a burning smell coming from the deceased’s house.

The victim upon being taken to a hospital was pronounced dead. Mastan was living on a pension of Rs 1,000 and his parents had passed away a few years back. The phone, which wasn't a smartphone, became overheated.
