Anukreethy Vas from TN crowned Femina Miss India 2018

In a grand ceremony in Mumbai, 19-year-old Tamil Nadu girl, Anukreethy Vas was crowned as Femina Miss India 2018. The show was hosted by Indian filmmaker Karan Johar and actor Ayushman Kurrana.

 

Vas beat 30 contestants and bagged the crown. She was previously crowned fbb Colours Femina Miss Tamil Nadu. Vas was crowned by Miss World 2017 Manushi Chillar, who was also part of the judges panel.

 

Meenakshi Chaudhary from Haryana secured the first runner-up position and Shreya Rao Kamavarapu from Andhra Pradesh was the second runner-up. Reportedly, now Anukreethy Vas will represent India in Miss World 2018.
