In a major embarrassment, while addressing the press in poll-bound Karnataka, BJP president Amit Shah mistakenly called his party’s BS Yeddyurappa’s government as the “most corrupt government in the country.” However, Shah corrected himself when another party leader nudged him and took Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s name. Congress president Rahul Gandhi tweeted the video and said, "Gifted to us by the BJP President, our campaign in Karnataka is off to a fabulous start."
