According to a TOI report, a 62-year-old man was confined in his flat for nine days by his wife and son in Agra. Reports say, he was confined to a chair with iron chains since February 8 and police rescued him based on a tip-off from the apartment’s watchman. Police say the man was a drunkard and would constantly quarrel with the family over several issues. A complaint has been registered and both the wife and son were arrested on Friday.
