After Padmavati, this big budget film faces political threat

After Padmavati, Salman Khan’s mega-budget film ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ has landed in political controversy two days ahead of its scheduled December 22 release. Congress, Shiv Sena, and Maharashtra Navnirman Chitrapat Sena (MNCS) have warned cinema owners against booking all shows for ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ and denying slots to two Marathi films. MNCS President Amey Khopkar reportedly said that the screening of the movie should not be at the cost of the Marathi films.
