Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has reportedly announced that the film Padmavati will not release in the state without "amicable solution" from all parties involved. Bihar became the fifth state after Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh to ban the controversial movie.
