A 5-year-old girl in Delhi was reportedly raped by a 40-year-old school peon. After raping the child, the peon reportedly threatened her of dire consequences. The incident came to light after the girl complained of stomach ache and bleeding in private parts. A medical test reportedly confirmed the sexual assault and the peon has been arrested.
