5-YEAR-OLD GIRL RAPED & DUMPED INSIDE A PIPE BY 19-YR-OLD NEIGHBOUR

A five-year-old girl was raped and dumped inside a huge pipe by her 19-year-old neighbour in Surat, Gujarat. The girl has been admitted to a hospital, and her condition is said to be critical.

Police found the girl, severely injured and in an unconscious state, eleven hours after she went missing. The girl was found dumped inside a pipe, which was to be used for pipeline construction.

The accused, identified as Kalu Bhumihar, was taken into custody on Saturday night, and was later arrested. According to a Hindustan Times report, Bhumihar confessed to the crime, but misguided the police about the location where he had taken the girl.

Bhumihar, who is an unemployed migrant, was arrested after the testimony of a six-year-old boy, with whom the girl was playing before being picked up by the accused. The accused also told the cops that he used to frequently visit the place to drink alcohol.
