Eleven political parties have reportedly decided to boycott the upcoming Assembly Elections in Nagaland by neither issuing party tickets nor filing nominations in order to highlight the issue of Naga revolt and terrorism in the state. The decision was taken at a meeting, which saw participation by leaders of top political parties including the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Naga People’s Front (the ruling party).
