According to a report, released by the Association for Democratic Reform on Monday, 11 Chief Ministers in India are facing criminal charges, which is around 35% of all Chief Ministers. Further, 26% CMs have declared serious criminal cases, including those related to murder and attempt to murder. Meanwhile, 20 other Chief Ministers have a clean record.
