India lost Communication ability in rural area

An analysis of NSSO data reveals the ability to use computers remains low in the country, in spite of campaigns for digitalisation, An estimated amount of  8.8% of the rural population has computing ability but in the urban nearly four time higher, at  30.2%. Notably, computing ability was defined as a user’s ability to operate a desktop, laptop, smartphones and tablets.
