Furniture and home accessories manufacturer Ikea India has reportedly announced that it would offer 26 weeks paid parental leave for both men and women. According to reports, the new policy came into effect from March, added the company. Notably, women employees in the company can also opt truncated work hours for an additional 16 weeks.
