The International Cricket Council has reportedly introduced new regulations over wearing helmets during the cricket matches. Those who fail to wear helmets may be fined strictly, read a statement released by the cricket body. ICC General Manager of Cricket Geoff Allardice has said the regulation became effective from January 1, 2017, and will be strictly enforced from February 1, 2017.
