AIADMK deputy general secretary TTV Dhinakaran has reportedly announced that he would not become the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu if he wins the by-election for RK Nagar constituency. According to reports, Dhinakaran, who has been chosen as the party’s candidate for RK Nagar, also requested Congress, BJP, PWF and other regional parties to extend their support him.
