Ryberg, who is believed to have learned the tricks from the stories told by his father, played it on all the Kings until he was defeated in his last battle by a Scottish monarch at the age of 89. Ryberg, on his deathbed, realised that the last story told by his father was fake, like the one you were reading for the last few seconds.
