Punjab-based two wheeler manufacturing firm Hero Electric has unveiled its new electrical scooter Flash in a conference at GMX Expo on Thursday. Hero Electric Flash claims a range of 65 km on a single charge which takes about 6-8 hours. The scooter has a 48-Volt, VRLA battery and has a 250W electric motor which gives a top speed of 25 km/hr.
