Health Minister announces National Health Policy 2017

Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare JP Nadda on Saturday reportedly announced the National Health Policy 2017. Nadda reportedly said that the main focus of the new policy is ‘comprehensive and universal wellness’. Notably, this policy includes the Mental Healthcare Act 2017 and the HIV & AIDS Prevention and Control Act, 2017.
