According to reports, a new bill on H-1B visa reforms has been introduced in the US House of Representatives. Reportedly, the bill seeks to increase the minimum salary of H-1B visa holders to $130,000 from the current $60,000. Reports suggest the legislation if passed, will make it difficult for American companies to hire employees on H-1B visas, thus largely affecting the Indian IT professionals.
